The sun greeted us this morning with a warm glow over the snowy peaks of Verbier. A new group of kids arrived today, eager and excited. Some have already been here for a week, gliding down the slopes like pros, while others are just starting their adventure.
The morning was full of laughter as the kids set out for another sunny day of skiing. The snow was a bit tricky, making some runs more challenging than others, but that didn’t stop them. After a well-deserved lunch at the camp, they headed back out to the mountain to ski some more.
When they returned, a cozy snack awaited them: hot chocolate, cookies, and plenty of smiles. Then it was off to town! Some kids went rock climbing at the sports center, while others stayed behind to bake in our camp kitchen. The smell of cinnamon filled the air as they decorated cookies with joy and teamwork.
Dinner was delicious, and the night ended with the whole camp gathered around for a game called “The Cube”. The challenges had everyone laughing and cheering, a perfect way to end a day of adventure.
I’m already looking forward to tomorrow!
